- Performance Measures: Using other I/I control activities such as sewer grouting and main spot liners over the past few years in addition to the lateral replacement program.
- Lessons Learned: A lot of time spent developing the time of sale program, including research of other similar programs in our area. Anticipate some difficulty with property owners objecting to mandated lateral replacements, but incentive money should help.
