LESSONS LEARNED
- Performance Measures: Flow monitoring, reinspection of removed sources 5 years after disconnect. Tracking number of dry/wet weather backup calls.
- Lessons Learned: JCW probably took on too much liability/responsibility by being so strict with the specifications on how each source ws removed. In future will use specs as guidelines, but put the solution on the homeowner and plumbing contractor.
